Mr. Davitt is a third year doctoral student at CUNY Graduate Center. Growing up in Colorado, he has always had an interest in agriculture, and his current research continues this interest into the realm of food security. His work specifically focuses on understanding how major world and high value crops, such as corn, rice, wheat, and vineyards, respond to radar in order to finds ways to improve health and yield during a growing season.
